Located in the waters off Yilan, Guishan Island is a relatively large island surrounded by expansive ocean. It is a common habitat for dolphins and whales, making it a popular destination for whale-watching activities. There is a chance to witness dolphins leaping and whales gracefully swimming, providing a fascinating experience of the wonders of marine ecology.

Island Access Application: Those wishing to apply for island access should submit their application online to the Northeast and Yilan Coast National Scenic Area Administration under the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation 20 days before the scheduled island access date. The island access quota is filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Ticket Price: There are two fees for island access, including an environmental cleanliness maintenance fee and an island facility maintenance fee, totaling NT$100. The cost of the trip may vary depending on the travel agency.
